I really oughtn’t like you, it complicates everything. I can’t read you at all, one minute your flirty and ever so sweet (maybe I’m just reading into things too much), the next your cold and more interested in other people. So that probably means you don’t see me that way… You’re just so damn infectious, you make me happy, you make me giggle, we have our serious moments and our nerd moments.I’m really rather worried if I say anything that everything will get fucked and awkward… I can’t afford for you to not be in my life at the moment

So what do I do next?

Just support her. And know that its not your fault. She is in a battle, the hardest battle there is, she’s battling herself. There is no running away from herself. And it may hurt inside, to see her destroying herself but you need to not treat her as fragile and just keep an eye on her without swamping. Sometimes the kindest most supportive things are the things unsaid.
